Atom Wheel Warranty and Wheel Registry, fill out the form below if you have new wheels.

Atom Composites Inc. provides the purchaser a 3 year (36 month) warranty to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and all materials. If the purchaser discovers within 3 years a defect in materials or workmanship, please notify Atom Composites Inc. promptly so that the matter can be corrected. Valid proof of purchase is required. Atom Composites Inc. reserves the right to provide replacement parts or product to conform to the limited warranty, we will at our sole discretion provide a replacement product.

This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by negligence, misuse, alteration, abuse, accidents, improper installation, and or poor maintenance. We also do not cover damages resulting from improper shipment (other than the first shipment at the time of purchase.), improper storage, or use not consistent with the original intent for the product, neglected or poor maintenance, improper assembly or assembly with non-compatible products, or modifications to the original product. Again this warranty is for the original purchaser only. That does not include damage or problems incurred loaning to another rider for use. This warranty specifically excludes surface finishes and cosmetic treatments including but not limited to surface finishes and decals. In the event of legal action, the sole proper venue for all claims or disputes under this warranty shall be contested in the courts of the State of California and is subject to arbitration.
